We transfer data and systems under control and in sync.

We transfer data through data replication and delta sync and keep source and target system in sync up to the cutover. Before switching over we check function and data state in test runs.

The productive switch happens in an orderly way with a prepared rollback option, so downtime stays low. Once switched over, the system passes into governed operation.

The applications and data holdings you use can be migrated, provided their dependencies and technical prerequisites are known. Together we capture your application landscape, assess suitability and dependencies and settle a sensible order. You therefore begin with well-suited systems and widen the move step by step, instead of changing everything at once. Systems with particular adaptation needs we handle deliberately in each context.
How is downtime kept low during the migration?
We limit downtime through careful planning, migration in manageable waves and prepared test runs. Before the final switchover we check function and data state in the target environment, so the productive change happens in good order. Switchover times we agree with you and keep fallback options ready. The transition therefore stays as imperceptible as possible for users and processes, and operations carry on stably during the move.
How do operations stay safeguarded during the migration?
Operations stay safeguarded because we keep data integrity, access and fallback routes in view across the whole migration. Data is transferred under control and checked for completeness, and access stays open only to the intended roles. For critical steps fallback options are prepared, so a problem does not put day-to-day business at risk. The move therefore proceeds traceably, and you keep sight of the current state at all times.
How does cloud migration fit into architecture and operations?
